Class Description

Our Women’s Small Group Strength Training class is designed to empower women at every stage—whether you’re just starting out, prenatal, or postpartum. With expert coaching, intentional programming, and a supportive community, you’ll build strength, confidence, and resilience. Each 60-minute session is limited to 8 participants to ensure personalized attention. Flexible package options available in 4, 8, or 12 sessions.

Parent & Teen Class

Class Description

Our Parent & Teen Strength Training class offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity to build strength, confidence, and connection—together. Each 60-minute session focuses on proper technique, healthy habits, and smart progressions, making it ideal for both parents and teens. While parent participation is encouraged, teens are welcome to join independently. With a maximum of 8 participants, every session delivers focused, high-quality coaching. Packages available in 4, 8, and 12 sessions.
