At FETC, we strive to improve the health and fitness of our community members by educating, encouraging, and training. Every client we encounter will receive quality, thoughtful, and individualized exercise plans. We offer periodized exercise templates and customized exercise plans with the option of video review, online coaching, and nutrition guidance.

I appreciate the energy Austin brings to every training session. He makes working out enjoyable and motivating, which isn’t always easy! What I love is how he personalizes the training program for each of us, gradually increasing the workload in a way that feels challenging but not overwhelming. It’s clear he knows exactly how to push us while still keeping it manageable.Austin’s knowledge doesn’t stop at the workout, either. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about nutrition, and his advice has made a big difference in our daily diet. The combination of both tailored workouts and solid diet tips has really helped us see progress.Overall, the training sessions have been incredibly satisfying. I’m definitely going to keep it going because the results and the experience are just that good!

All of this started on YouTube, where I saw an Olympic weight lifting reel, that was one of the coolest things I'd seen. Even though I've been working out for the past 20ish years, I had never once tried Olympic weight lifting. Tried it on my own, and realized that building bad technique could lead to injury in this sport and started looking for a coach. This is when I came across Austin. We've been training once a week at his gym and I have nothing but good things to say about him. He has exceptional technique, an eye for detail, and his feedbacks on things like form, muscle engagement, speed, strength etc. are pure gold!! If you are new to weight lifting and looking for a great trainer to keep you on your tracks to hit your goal, or a seasoned gym-bro/gal who is bored of Squats and Deadlift... and want to try something more challenging both physically and mentally give this guy a shot, I can guarantee you will not regret it.

Austin has improved my Olympic lifting from the very first session. He has tailored my coaching plan to work on my deficits and weaknesses while improving upon my strengths. As a first responder that works shifts I don’t always have the same energy when I go to lift. Austin is understanding of this and works to ensure I have a successful lifting session each time. I highly recommend him as your Olympic lifting coach.

Austin is one of the best coaches you can find! He starts by ensuring he builds a genuine personal connection with the client. He listens intentionally to your aspirations and struggles so he can best coach you towards your the goals you have set!He uses his knowledge base to guide you in nutrition and exercise.He is not just going to tell you you’re doing great because you’re paying him, if you can do better he’ll tell you. The reason is he’s not in it for a paycheck but to see people fulfill life goals and become the best versions of themselves.I could go on forever about Austin, his professionalism and knowledge but I’ll let you find out for yourself!!

Really broke down to the nitty grittys of powerlifting and technique. Received immaculate advice on form, dieting, and consistency! Highly advise a 1 on 1 training class and would recommend Austin for anyone, casual-----> professional. Cool guy. Down to earth, and really allows you to sponge up as much information as you can! Over all, excellent experience from Mr. Austin himself. Gonna definitely be taking more classes with him in the near future.

I’ve been training with Andrey for a few months. During this time, she’s taught me that the smallest changes make the biggest impact. I want to lose the stubborn baby fat around my stomach and from working with Andrey I learned that it is a mixture of training and nutrition that will help me reach this goal. She creates a safe and non-judgment zone to train! On the days where I cannot push myself she motivates me to finish! I love working with Andrey! If you are a mom/parent or pursuing a fitness journey for the first time (like myself), I would recommend working with Andrey!

A good coach/trainer can teach or coach you to do anything.. a GREAT coach/trainer can see your full potential and take you miles above. Austin demonstrates nothing but the highest level of professionalism as well as discipline with his clients. Working with Austin was just what I needed to jumpstart my health journey and get me back on track. Having him as a personal trainer kept me motivated, accountable, and consistent. I was fortunate to be able to train with Austin Rodriguez s as a personal trainer for almost a year. He is down-to-earth and really showed an interest in my physical health, from working out to eating better and getting the right nutrition in place. I enjoyed my workouts and felt I genuinely had someone on my side that knew how to push me without breaking me.
